The Difference Between StockTwits and Wall Street
This week while putting together Overheard on Stocktwits, I found two posts regarding First Solar (FSLR)’s earnings miss (and 20% drop in price)
The first was from @upsidetrader mocking a Wall Street Analyst’s downgrade from “Buy” to “Above Average”.
The second was from @wwwstockrake taking accountability and showing why he was wrong on FSLR.
Both were wrong, but this is what each said
Wall Street Analyst: “I was a little wrong, but I’m still right.”
StockTwits Analyst: “I was totally wrong, and here’s why.”
